【廚房練習】beef curry 牛肉咖哩

今天要來介紹上星期六做的,受到好評的牛肉咖哩。
Today, I'm going to introudce the famous beef curry which I made last Saturday.



首先,先到超市ASDA買菜。
First of all, I went to the supermarket,ASDA, to buy some materials.

牛肉beef 250g 1.27鎊,
馬鈴薯potato 0.58鎊
紅蘿蔔carrot 0.64kg 0.39鎊
其他的就不介紹了。



after gathering these materials, I chopped (up) the potatos, onions and carrots roughly.
meanwhile, I boiled the diced beef
再來就是把馬鈴薯,洋蔥以及紅蘿蔔切塊。同時,把已經切好的牛肉川燙一下。


turn on the hob, wait for the pan becoming hot, fill the pan with some olive oil,
then put the onions into the pan.
wait for a while, then put all the remained materials into the pan.
wait again(about5-10 min), fill the pan with some water
then, watch your tv
接著把電爐打開,熱鍋,倒一些橄欖油,把洋蔥丟進去炒一下,
等一陣子,在把其他的材料丟進去,等一陣子(大概五到十分鐘)倒一些水進去。
再來就去看電視了。
(ps我有偷偷丟了1/4塊的康寶雞湯塊)

go back to your curry during the break, see if all materials became soft,
the last step is to put japanese curry chop into the pan, mix them, then alfinish.
趁電視節目近廣告的時候再回來關心一下,
如果所有的東西都到達你想要的軟硬度,
接著就可以把日本來的咖哩塊放進去,攪拌一下,就大功完成囉。

as to the quantity of the curry chop, I suppose 2 pieces just do,咖哩塊放個兩塊就好啦
